April 2024 Newsletter

Hello everyone!

It’s fair to say a lot happened since my last newsletter a few months ago… so here to provide a quick update.

First, I am now traversing the indie author roads of publication! I was traditionally published, but recently parted ways.

SO, that leaves the awkward situation of having Book 1 of a series published already while Book 2 was on its way to publication… and now starting over. Book 1 will be republished in the coming months (once I learn how to indie author) with a brand new cover and minor changes to the actual book. Story elements and characters will all stay the same, I just might make some tweaks to grammar and sentence structure to make it feel refreshed.

Then Book 2 will (hopefully) be on its way in the fall/winter time once it goes through the grueling process of edits and revisions. So you can expect 2 books from me this year! (to make up for 0 books in 2023)

The other bit of news that comes with all this is that I started my own publishing imprint—Pug & Dagger Press! So this will be the name my books and everything I do related to writing will fall under, in case you saw the new logo and name and were confused. It will all still be operated by me! I just wanted this to be as legitimate and professional looking as possible.
